Job summary

SentinelOne seeks a Sr. Manager, AI & Technology Program Management to own a portfolio of frontier AI alliance relationships. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security to move partnerships from vision to execution.

You will translate strategy into executable tools, enable field teams, and report concise updates to executives. Prior PM or alliance operations experience in AI or cybersecurity is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or alliance operations in a high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and executive-ready reporting.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, concise materials for partners and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational partner to AI and Technology Partnership leadership, owning day-to-day program coordination and milestones.
• Build and maintain the program management operating system for the partnerships org including project plans and dependency maps.
• Own the strategic operating calendar and drive agendas for executive briefings and partner reviews.
• Maintain a forward-looking framework tracking milestones, touchpoints, risks and blockers 30–60 days ahead.
• Coordinate joint integration delivery with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing from kickoff to GA.
• Drive development of partner enablement materials and joint solution narratives for field teams.
