Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in financial services with service delivery, mentoring, and coaching experience
• Proven ability to provide client-centric solutions
• Strong communication, integrity, and work ethic
• Experience resolving escalations and building relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10–12 financial service professionals
• Manage daily service levels and respond to escalations
• Collaborate with partners to deepen client relationships
• Represent Schwab to advisors and internal partners
