Job summary

North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services in Leesburg, VA. This leadership role focuses on guiding clinical programs, supervising staff, and ensuring compliant documentation, with emphasis on trauma-informed care and long-term treatment planning.

You will work under the Director of Clinical Services to support program delivery, crisis response, and family engagement within a RTC setting, fostering quality care for youth and their families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field such as psychology, social work, counseling, etc.
• 3–5 years of clinical work experience
• Valid Virginia license LCSW, LPC, or Clinical Psychologist

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and support to the Clinical Services Department.
• Oversee clinical programming, staff supervision, and day-to-day service delivery.
• Ensure timely, compliant clinical documentation and crisis response coverage.
• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to maintain trauma-informed care.
