North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to join our leadership team in Leesburg, Virginia.

The role leads clinical programming for residents aged 7-17, ensuring developmentally appropriate, evidence-based, data-driven, and trauma-informed behavioral health services. You will supervise clinical staff, push program development, maintain regulatory and accrediting compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary leadership to achieve positive clinical

Qualifications

Master’s degree in behavioral health field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling). A Ph.D. or Psy.D. is preferred.
At least three to five years of clinical work experience. Prior leadership or supervisory experience with over ten years of experience is preferred.
A minimum licensure requirement as license eligible LPC, LMFT or LCSW in the state of Virginia. Licensure in the State of Virginia as a Licensed Psychologist is preferred. CSOTP certification is additionally preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight of clinical programming for residents ages 7-17.
Supervise and support clinical staff and advance program development.
Maintain regulatory and accrediting compliance across programs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary leadership to achieve positive clinical and organizational outcomes.
Serve as the primary clinical liaison to community stakeholders and support coordinated care.
