Job summary

The Recovery Village Palmer Lake is seeking an experienced Site CEO to lead the facility operations and drive financial performance while ensuring compliance with state and accrediting bodies. • Master’s degree with 5+ years of admin/supervisory experience in a licensed facility.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in a director role in addiction/mental health.
• Licensed facility leadership experience and compliance with state regulations.

• Approve expenses and monitor revenue and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and licensing requirements.
