Job summary

Summit Healthcare Mgmt in Terre Haute, IN, seeks a Facility Chief Executive Officer to lead a residential addiction treatment program. The CEO is responsible for day-to-day management, strategic planning, quality of care, and ensuring licensure, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, contract negotiations with payers, staff development, and enterprise-wide program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Clinical or related discipline required; MBA/MHA preferred.
• Three or more years’ experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment required.
• Ability to lead successful licensure, accreditation, and compliance efforts in a behavioral health facility.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations.
• Strong working knowledge of financial management and business development processes.

• Oversee day-to-day facility management and operations.
• Develop and execute annual budgets and strategic plans.
• Lead licensure, accreditation, and compliance efforts.
• Manage contract negotiations with payers and vendors.
