Qualifications

Master's degree with 5+ years of admin or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorders treatment facility.
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of admin or supervisory experience in a licensed facility.
10+ years' experience in an administrative or supervisory director role in addiction/mental health facility.

Responsibilities

Oversee facility operations and financial performance.
Approve expenses and track revenue/expenditures.
Monitor departmental performance metrics and implement improvements.
Lead leadership team to align with corporate vision and procedures.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and licensing.
