Job summary

Trinity Health Livonia is seeking an Accreditation & Regulatory Program Leader to manage regulatory compliance, quality, and patient safety across inpatient and outpatient services. You will collaborate with local and regional leadership to direct planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical processes to ensure survey readiness and accreditation compliance.

The role requires at least five years of clinical experience with leadership exposure; a CJCP credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy or other clinical/health care systems background.
• Master's degree in healthcare or healthcare-related field and Six Sigma training at green belt or higher is preferred.
• A minimum of five years clinical experience, including 1–2 years in leadership or management.
• Experience with hospital/medical staff departments or services and understanding of accreditation requirements is preferred.
• CJCP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide regulatory compliance implementation.
• Lead the organization in pre-survey activities.
• Coordinate responses during CMS, state licensing and Joint Commission surveys.
• Communicate survey results and develop action plans within regulatory timelines.
• Manage complaint responses and action plans.
• Operate accreditation software and monitor CMS.gov for regulatory reporting.
• Apply performance improvement and change management to address compliance gaps.
• Strategize with leadership to respond to new regulations and standards.
