Job summary

JMJ Phillip is seeking a Sr. Director, Major Capital Project to oversee major projects across North America. Your role includes leading a cross-functional team and ensuring project delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, particularly in engineering or construction, and will be responsible for mentoring teams while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. A competitive salary range of $230,000 to $250,000 is offered for this strategic leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a project manager on large/medium-sized engineering or construction projects.
• 5+ years of site management experience on multiple industrial/civil projects.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop the Project Managers team and Commissioning Manager.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety standards.
• Report progress of major projects to SteerCos and provide updates.
