Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience in loan syndication or sales & trading.
• Strong knowledge of pro-rata middle market, non-investment grade/leveraged markets and IG corporate markets.
• Demonstrated revenue generation and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy with the Head of Loan Sales & Trading and drive growth.
• Oversee risk, liquidity, and pricing to optimize profitability.
• Deliver market insights and pricing color to internal stakeholders.
• Support new issue distribution and execution with origination.
• Maintain active coverage of bank and institutional investor accounts.
• Ensure governance with Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams.
