Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Six years of work experience in court operations in a US court, including five years in the field specified.
• Supervision: Three years supervising court staff or equivalent lead experience within court operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes administrative and departmental operations and recommends improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Counsels and disciplines employees with proper documentation for personnel files.
• Prepares performance documentation and provides feedback to employees regarding performance and conduct.
• Resolves conflicts with external stakeholders, staff, and the public.
• Maintains time and attendance reports for supervisors and approves leave usage.
• Provides guidance on rules, regulations, and policies to ensure proper implementation.
