As a state employee, you may be required to file an annual Financial Disclosure with the State Ethics Commission. If you are required to file, you will be notified by the Judiciary Human Resources Division and must file within 30 days of employment and no later than April 30th of each subsequent calendar year.
The Senior Manager position performs managerial work directing the administrative and operational functions for the Juvenile Division in Baltimore City Circuit Court. This position assigns, directs, and evaluates the work of Supervisory employees.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Six (6) years of work experience in court operations in a trial or appellate court in the United States, in the field of criminal justice, parole and probation, or legal or financial services, to include five (5) years of the aforementioned court experience.
Additional court work experience, as defined above, may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
Successful completion of the Court Supervisor/Manager Certificate Program may be substituted for one (1) year of the required education.
Successful completion of the Institute for Court Management Certification Program may be substituted for up to two (2) years of the required education.
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
