Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will excel in art direction, storytelling, and leading a fast-paced creative group across digital and traditional media.

You will collaborate with the Creative Director to shape visually compelling concepts aligned with client brand strategies. Applicants should have 8+ years in marketing across digital, print and trade channels, with AOR experience and deep knowledge of the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is required.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and related regulatory considerations.
8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience.
Highly conceptual with leadership and AOR experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

Think and execute: develop visually compelling concepts across multimedia platforms.
Be curious: explore problems, solutions, and target audiences to develop big ideas.
Inspire: set trends and push the creative envelope.
Push the envelope: explore uncharted territories with industry knowledge.
Lead and collaborate: guide creative teams and work within a changing environment.
Present the vision: articulate solutions and lead pitches and presentations.
Maintain a can-do attitude, anticipate issues, and adapt quickly.
Contribute to the health of the Creative department and develop client brands.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in daily work and decision making.
Fulfill all other duties as assigned.
