Job summary

CPM Holdings, Inc. seeks a Director of Application Management – Extrusion to lead the technical strategy for Century Extrusion, align customer needs with engineering capabilities, and drive profitable growth.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Applications, Aftermarket, Marketing, and Operations to deliver technically sound, commercially viable solutions. The role requires deep extrusion expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex opportunities with strategic accounts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant industrial experience including technical and direct capital equipment sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales, commercial, or business leadership experience.
• Strong technical experience with extrusion equipment, processes, and applications.
• Experience evaluating technical applications and translating requirements into equipment solutions.
• Experience supporting application development, trials, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technical strategy for the Extrusion business to achieve objectives.
• Serve as a technical leader for complex extrusion applications and opportunities.
• Engage with customers to understand materials, processes, objectives, and specifications.
• Translate customer requirements into equipment configurations and process concepts.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the sales process and during project execution.
• Support commissioning, startup, and process optimization for strategic projects.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
