Amerant Bank is seeking a seasoned executive to serve as Head of Domestic Wealth Management in Coral Gables, FL. The role leads growth, advisor leadership, client acquisition, and integrated relationship banking across wealth services.

The candidate will oversee enterprise investment platform governance, broker-dealer operations, trust administration, and product development, aligning wealth initiatives with the Bank's overall strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, or related financial services.
• 7+ years in leadership managing wealth management teams.
• Proven success growing assets under management and net new assets.
• Strong understanding of wealth advisory practices and fiduciary standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy and annual business plan for domestic wealth management.
• Drive AUM, NNA, advisory revenue, and profitability.
• Recruit, coach, and retain wealth advisors and related personnel.
• Embed wealth advisory services within the relationship banking model.
