Jobot is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Banking & Treasury Services for a well-established California bank with over a century of operation. You will partner with the Director to lead digital channels, treasury services, payments, and card functions through a major transformation and growth phase.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced business, finance, or technical degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in Digital Banking, Treasury Management, Payments, Card Services, or related banking operations.
Demonstrated leadership experience driving critical initiatives and coordinating across functions.
Proven experience in product design, client journey mapping, and roadmap development.
Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and large system implementations.
Relevant certifications such as AAP, APRP, NCP or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise digital banking and treasury initiatives and oversee related channels.
Translate strategic priorities into executable projects and programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive adoption and growth.
Uphold high standards of client experience and operational performance.
Oversee vendor management and major system implementation efforts.
