Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Banking & Treasury Services in Seal Beach, CA. The role partners with the Director to provide enterprise leadership across digital channels, treasury services, payments and card functions during a period of transformation.

You will translate strategic priorities into hands-on execution and oversee complex initiatives to ensure excellent client experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of digital banking platforms, treasury management, payments ecosystems and card services.
• Strong understanding of multi-rail payments (ACH, RTP, FedNow, wires) and digital servicing capabilities.
• Deep understanding of operational risk, regulatory compliance, information security, and vendor oversight.
• Experience with core banking systems, digital platform integrations, and large-scale implementations.
• Proficiency in product design, client journey mapping, roadmap development, and service model design.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record supporting innovation initiatives, go-to-market planning, and marketing efforts.
