Qualitest, a leading AI-powered Quality Engineering company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our U.S.-based team in New York City. You will work with the CIO on strategic IT assessments and transformation initiatives, coordinating with senior leadership to deliver actionable recommendations.

The role demands exceptional communication, robust project management discipline, and the ability to align IT, business, and external partners across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT-related projects and strategic initiatives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with executive stakeholders, including CIOs and C-suite executives.
• Experience facilitating meetings, presenting findings and executive-level communications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client’s CIO and executive leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic IT assessments.
• Manage multiple IT-related projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and status reporting.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business, and external partners.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, findings, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication across all stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and drive accountability for deliverables.
