Job summary

EY is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager in New York to lead testing strategy and execution for financial services clients. You will drive end-to-end testing programs, collaborate with diverse teams, and advise engagement teams on solutions that impact industries across Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management.

You’ll guide UAT, COE development, and tool adoption, coaching teams to deliver high-quality software within complex enterprise programs. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field; 5+ years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and resolve complex issues for clients
• Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle: strategy, planning, execution, quality assessment and issue resolution
• Define and implement Program Test strategy for enterprise-wide initiatives
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
• Develop engagement tools and enablement to build testing capability across the practice
• Build client relationships across levels and support sales efforts
