Job summary

CRC Group seeks an experienced analyst to synthesize Board-ready materials and support IT strategy and AI adoption. You will craft executive communications, dashboards, and vendor analyses, collaborating with senior leaders to drive clarity and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in operations or strategy, strong AI fluency, and advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills to produce polished, executive-level outputs across rapid, high-visibility initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, communications, or IT, including executive communications and Board-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive-ready materials for Board, CIO updates, and leadership using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and AI tools.
• Maintain portfolio scorecards and dashboards, consolidating inputs from Product Managers into executive views.
• Support vendor and market analyses, RFI/RFP processes, and draft recommendation memos.
• Apply AI tools daily to synthesis, drafting, and analysis work; share techniques and build reusable prompts.
