Job summary

Socket.dev in New York seeks a Senior Project Manager to partner with the CIO and IT leadership to deliver enterprise IT initiatives across internal teams, vendors, and consultants. This executive-facing role requires strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This position drives AI initiatives, enterprise tool adoption, and cross-functional delivery, with governance and reporting at the core of success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments.
• Experience supporting senior executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI tools (Copilot, Harvey) in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise IT initiatives across internal teams, external vendors, and consulting partners.
• Lead end-to-end management of AI initiatives from scoping to delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Establish governance, reporting, and execution discipline.
