Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations across Service Desk, Network & Telecomm, Computer Operations, and Workflow Systems.
• Provide technical direction and vendor relationship management for IT services.
• Develop and execute IT strategy to support business objectives and member services.
• Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, incident management, and service restoration planning.
• Ensure security of networks, systems, and data and maintain operational performance.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and collaboration with executives on IT initiatives.
