Job summary

Verdant Specialty Solutions LLC seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead the global IT function and technology strategy. You will partner with the CEO and executives to align technology investments with business priorities and optimize enterprise systems across the organization.

You’ll drive cybersecurity, cloud services, and IT operations, while managing SAP environments, budgets, and vendor relationships. This onsite role is based in Houston, TX, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in an IT leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading IT in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certifications in PMP, ITIL, CISSP/CISM, or cloud platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Verdant’s global IT strategy, governance framework, and technology roadmap.
• Lead enterprise applications, SAP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and IT operations.
• Provide strategic oversight of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, prioritizing enhancements and process optimization.
• Partner with functions to implement effective technology solutions across the organization.
• Strengthen IT governance, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data integrity.
