Job summary
Marucci Sports LLC is seeking an IT Director in Baton Rouge to lead strategy, architecture, development, and operational support for ERP, ecommerce, and enterprise applications. You will drive modernization, cloud transformation, and governance while partnering with business leaders to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 15+ years progressive IT experience
- Experience leading ERP implementations and integrations
- Experience managing ecommerce and applications teams
- Strong stakeholder and executive engagement experience
Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise technology strategy across ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructure.
- Lead and develop IT teams including applications, ERP, and infrastructure/operations.
- Oversee full lifecycle of ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, and applications.
- Manage major project lifecycles from initiation to deployment.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
