This role involves tracking and managing hardware and software assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT asset management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge about Windows, Outlook, and System Troubleshooting.
• OS and Software Installation/Troubleshooting.
• Computer hardware management.
• Working Experience in Inventory Tools management.
