Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; eight years of relevant experience and supervisory experience.
• Experience with real-time and near real-time system integrations and dashboards.
• Ability to lead multiple teams in a dynamic airport operations environment.
• Must obtain SIDA badge and CJIS certification within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and fiscal management for IOC technology solutions.
• Direct teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee system integrations.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of mission-critical IOC systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align with strategic objectives.
• Offer emergency on-call support and develop training materials for staff.
• Drive rollout of production changes and maintain change management processes.
