Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) plus years of experience in IT leadership, strategic planning, or enterprise program management.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and execute the enterprise technology strategy.
• Support prioritization and executive decision-making with analyses.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Technology Services and business units.
• Drive automation, standardization, and best practices adoption.
• Prepare executive presentations and strategic reports.
• Oversee budget coordination and resource planning.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation recommendations.
