Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of executive administrative, program integration, or organizational management experience supporting senior Government or military leadership.
• Experience using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for memorandums, summaries, papers, briefings, and correspondence.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate activities across two Directorate teams to support the Director's priorities.
• Generate, track, and manage Directorate correspondence and executive taskings.
• Coordinate meetings, briefings, conferences, and engagements with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Manage the Director's calendar, priorities, and scheduling with independent judgment.
• Arrange CONUS and OCONUS travel and ensure DTS compliance and travel regulations.
