Job summary

3M seeks a Cybersecurity Strategy and Communications Lead to support the CISO and ISRC. You will design and execute communications that elevate visibility and understanding of the security program across the organization.

You will craft executive messaging, build high‑impact presentations, lead portal content, and coordinate cross‑functional teams. The role emphasizes strategic storytelling, governance‑level engagement, and scalable communications operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, cybersecurity, information technology or related field completed before start.
• Two years supporting a CISO or senior technology executive with strategic communications and PowerPoint deliverables.
• Five years in corporate or cybersecurity communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary communications advisor to the CISO, crafting messaging for executive committees and governance forums.
• Provide hands-on support for creating high‑impact PowerPoint presentations outlining strategy, risk posture and progress.
• Lead ISRC’s end‑to‑end communications services, including content development, planning and internal distribution.
• Oversee temporary and offshore staff to meet fluctuating demand and ensure continuity of messaging.
• Develop cybersecurity communications for global employees and maintain portal pages with current initiatives.
