Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Director of Incident Management to lead the organization’s incident response and service restoration across IT, security, infrastructure, applications and critical systems.

You will drive urgency, discipline and clear communications to minimize disruption and protect assets. You will establish incident processes, coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, and lead post-incident improvements to strengthen resilience and prevent repeats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, CS, cybersecurity or business administration.
• 7+ years in IT operations, service management, incident response, or security operations with 3+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise incident management operations for IT service disruptions, security incidents and outages.
• Own the incident lifecycle from triage to post-incident review.
• Establish incident severity definitions, escalation paths and communication standards.
• Coordinate with IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications and service desk during major incidents.
• Serve as primary command during major incidents with executive-level updates.
• Drive root cause analysis and post-incident improvements.
• Develop incident management policies, runbooks and playbooks.
• Lead incident-response exercises and readiness assessments.
• Ensure incident metrics are accurate and aligned with business objectives.
