Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) with relevant specialty.
• 5+ years (7+ preferred) of clinical trial experience in pharma/academic settings.
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, execution, and interpretation of multiple clinical development programs.
• Oversee study teams, ensure study integrity, and monitor safety/efficacy data.
• Own regulatory submissions, protocol development, and clinical study reports.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, and other functions across regions.
• Represent clinical development in due diligence and translational strategy discussions.
