Qualifications

7-10 years in HR partnering with executives on business results.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Human Resources-related field preferred), or equivalent work experience
Strong business acumen and ability to translate objectives into talent decisions
AI fluency and experimentation mindset to leverage AI in work processes
Experience building annual org strategy and talent plans with clear priorities
Analytical and structured problem-solving skills with data interpretation
Experience framing organizational design options for speed and reduced friction
Experience diagnosing leadership team capability and change leadership

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to shape talent plans and in-year priorities.
Identify skills and capabilities needed and build hiring, development, and retention plans with AI considerations.
Frame org design options and lead change management across client groups.
Coach senior leaders and strengthen leadership-team effectiveness.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, People Analytics and others.
Use AI tools and people analytics to spot trends and drive improvements in engagement and leadership capability.
