Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• At least 10 years in a people leadership role.
• JD or HR investigation credential preferred.
• SHRM certification preferred.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical research or academic setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior HR strategic partner to executives at the entity level and shape people plans.
• Translate business strategies into organization design and workforce planning.
• Develop HR strategies representing business needs with a system mindset.
• Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational capability building.
• Lead HR transformation and productivity initiatives across entities.
• Drive change leadership, mergers, expansions, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Strengthen leadership pipelines through succession planning and coaching.
• Provide guidance on labor relations and climate opportunities.
• Partner with HR functions to deliver cohesive, scalable programs.
