Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including large, multi-site or field-based operations.
• Proven track record partnering with senior executives and leaders to drive people strategies.
• Experience leading HR teams, influencing in a matrixed environment, delivering consistent practice across dispersed units.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and culture.
• Translate priorities into practical, field-ready solutions for a large, distributed operating model.
• Lead HR programs to support performance, retention, succession, and leadership development across divisions and regions.
• Oversee teammate experience, compliance, risk, and HR operations to ensure scalable, consistent service.
