Job summary

Orkin is seeking a VP, Human Resources to shape and deliver people strategies for a large, dispersed field organization. You will advise senior leaders, guide workforce planning, leadership development, succession, and retention while aligning with business priorities.

You will partner with executive leadership to drive practical HR programs, analytics, and a strong teammate experience across 10,000+ teammates, reporting to the President, Orkin North America, with travel 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience in large, multi-site organizations.
• Proven success partnering with senior executives to develop and execute people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals and teammate experience objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Lead HR teams and ensure consistent practices across divisions in a matrixed environment.
• Drive improvements in onboarding, retention, succession planning, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Use data and analytics to identify talent trends and inform proactive HR solutions.
