Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Senior Director of Human Resources to shape talent and people strategy for Electronic Solutions. You will partner with CTO leaders, design organization structures, and drive workforce planning in a lean HR model.

You will lead executive coaching, succession planning, and performance management, using data-driven insights to influence senior stakeholders and enable growth across a global engineering portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior‑level HR business partnering.
• Demonstrated business acumen and experience supporting senior executives in complex, highly collaborative environments.
• Proven ability to develop long-range strategies and execute through planning and matrix alignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and executive partnership aligned to business priorities.
• Own organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership across the client group.
• Drive talent architecture, succession & performance enablement across the engineering organization.
• Lead data-driven HR activities, including analytics, forecasting, and governance of headcount and costs.
• Coach leaders to elevate culture, engagement, and performance at scale.
