Appsierra Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Learning & Development Expert to reconstruct executive-level presentations with a focus on HR and L&D accuracy, structure, and storytelling. This remote, contractor role emphasizes rapid, slide-by-slide improvements for senior stakeholders.

Applicants should demonstrate advanced PowerPoint skills, ability to balance data integrity with visual clarity, and capacity to explain decisions clearly in written form.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Human Resources, Learning & Development, organizational development, or related field.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to reconstruct executive-level presentations.
• Strong data visualization, storytelling, and slide design capabilities.
• Ability to explain messaging hierarchy and preserve critical definitions and data.

Responsibilities

• Reconstruct HR/L&D slides from supplied images using PowerPoint.
• Improve slide structure, readability, and visual hierarchy.
• Strengthen charts, tables, diagrams, and supporting exhibits.
• Apply visual storytelling to clarify HR and L&D information.
• Edit slide content while preserving definitions, caveats, and data accuracy.
• Develop clear, evidence-supported titles and messages.
• Evaluate whether exhibits effectively communicate insights.
• Document reasoning behind improvements for each slide.
• Explain why original elements are retained when effective.
• Communicate decisions in writing for senior audiences.
• Complete assignments within 1–2 hours per slide.
• Participate in project-based, sprint-driven work.
