Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Learning & Development Expert to reconstruct executive-level presentations in PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, structure, and data accuracy while preserving HR context.

You will refine visuals, charts, and layouts across organization design, talent development, workforce planning, and compensation reviews, working remotely on sprint-based assignments with 1-2 hours per slide and no prior AI experience required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, organizational development, workforce strategy, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Strong slide reconstruction, presentation design, data visualization, and visual storytelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Reconstruct HR, Learning & Development, and organizational development slides from supplied images using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Improve slide structure, layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.
• Strengthen data visualization, charts, tables, diagrams, and supporting exhibits.
• Apply visual storytelling principles to make complex HR and L&D information easier to understand.
• Edit and refine slide content while preserving important definitions, caveats, assumptions, and data accuracy.
• Develop clear, evidence-supported titles and key messages.
• Evaluate whether supporting exhibits effectively communicate the intended insight.
• Work with materials such as organization design presentations, training and development materials, workforce planning decks, and compensation reviews.
• Document the reasoning behind improvements made to each slide.
• Explain why specific original elements were deliberately retained when they are already effective.
• Communicate presentation and content decisions clearly in writing for senior and client-facing audiences.
• Complete assignments within an anticipated 1-2 hours per slide.
• Participate in project-based, sprint-driven work with volume varying by project requirements.
