Qualifications

• Experience supporting executive leadership and governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate board and corporator meetings, agendas, and materials.
• Maintain governance records and prepare annual meeting documentation.
• Support regulatory examinations and audits with required documentation.
• Lead HR data analytics, records management, and policy implementation.
• Assist performance review cycles and HR-related communications.
