Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead in Buckhead, GA is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to manage all housekeeping and laundry operations. The role requires leadership to oversee development, staffing, and performance within a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee short and long term planning of housekeeping operations.
• Develop and manage the budget, marketing plans and objectives.
• Direct and oversee employee development and leadership.
• Hire, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Direct payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for rooms operations.
• Address guest complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness standards and Miraval service procedures.
• Communicate with Resort Manager on operational progress and needs.
