Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites is seeking an Assistant/Executive Housekeeper support role at our Nashville location. Under general supervision, you will assist with housekeeping and laundry operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold Drury standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

You will lead a team to achieve quality results, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain a positive, service-driven environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of methods of cleaning guest rooms and laundry operations.
• Knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers and dryers.
• Ability to lead the housekeeping team to meet Drury standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry functions.
• Maintain +1 Service levels through guest and team member satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and storage areas.
• Demonstrate integrity, service, and hospitality at all times with team members and guests.
