Job summary

Miraval Berkshires is seeking an AM Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily operations, lead the housekeeping team, and maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment for guests.

You will inspect rooms and public areas, respond to guest requests, coach staff, assist with scheduling, and conduct quality checks to uphold our high cleanliness standards. This role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and a collaborative wellness resort culture.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping and/or supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Bilingual preferred, however not required.

• Support the housekeeping management team with daily operations and team coordination.
• Clean and maintain public areas and guest rooms as needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they are ready for use and meet quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and on-the-job guidance to housekeeping team members.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments.
