Job summary

Paramount Hospitality Newnan is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead and train room and house attendants, ensuring all rooms, suites and public areas meet hotel standards. You will visually inspect rooms and coordinate with Engineering for maintenance.

You will also provide guest service information, promote teamwork, and assist with linen inventory and department decisions in partnership with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ hotel housekeeping experience.
• Background, credit, and job reference check; drug screening.
• Ability to listen effectively and lead a team.
• Ability to listen effectively and lead a team (duplicate wording kept consistent).

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise room and house attendants to meet hotel standards.
• Visually inspect all rooms and suites.
• Provide customer service to guests and inform about hotel services.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations on maintenance.
• Manage quarterly linen inventory.
• Support discipline decisions and large purchases with the General Manager.
