Job summary

Doubletree-By-Hilton is seeking an Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead all housekeeping operations across the hotel, ensuring peak cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

You will recruit, train, and coach leadership and frontline teams, manage labor and budgets, and perform regular quality audits to uphold brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large housekeeping teams in hospitality.
• Strong grasp of housekeeping operations, labor management, and QA processes.
• Experience developing staffing plans and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations across guestrooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Ensure rooms and public spaces meet brand cleanliness standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping leadership and frontline staff.
• Create efficient staffing plans and manage labor to meet budget goals.
• Conduct regular room inspections and quality audits.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to address maintenance or readiness issues.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and monitor department budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are met at all times.
• Be present on the floor—supporting the team and responding quickly to guest needs.
