This full-time, on-site role requires exceptional discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to train and guide other staff. You will coordinate schedules, manage inventories, and work closely with principals and guests to ensure flawless service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of luxury housekeeping experience.
• Proven ability to maintain exceptionally high cleanliness standards.
• Experience with luxury finishes and care techniques.
• Strong communication and discretion in interacting with principals and guests.
• Willingness to work on-site in Naples, FL.
• Background checks and NDA required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across interiors and service areas.
• Coordinate schedules, supplies, and inventories.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff; establish protocols and checklists.
• Interact with principals and guests with discretion and courtesy.
• Support events, guest stays, and special requests as needed.
