Job summary

Starboard Staffing is seeking an experienced Housekeeper for a fully staffed New York residence. The role requires prior UHNW/private household experience, exceptional discretion, and strong English communication.

You will maintain luxury interiors, linens, and wardrobe care across multiple sites with a rotating schedule, including evenings and limited Hamptons support during peak seasons. Responsibilities include daily housekeeping, laundry, and light food prep, collaborating with the household

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UHNW/private households preferred.
• Excellent references from previous employers required.
• Exceptional communication skills, responsiveness, and professionalism required.
• Expert-level laundry, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe maintenance experience required.
• Discreet, respectful, and polished demeanor; ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed daily housekeeping and deep cleaning to the highest standards across residences.
• Care for fine furnishings, delicate finishes, artwork, antiques, and luxury surfaces using proper techniques.
• Handle expert-level laundry, ironing, steaming, wardrobe care, and closet organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across multiple nearby properties and guest areas.
• Provide light food preparation and assist the chef as needed; support during events.
• Communicate with household management and staff regarding scheduling and operational updates.
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a low household footprint at all times.
