Homewood Suites Chelsea, part of Colwen Hotels, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and uphold brand standards for guest cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, drives guest satisfaction, trains staff, and collaborates with the General Manager to maintain service excellence across rooms and public spaces.

This on-site role in Chelsea, MA offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including medical and 401k, with weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualificações

• 2 years previous related experience, hotel setting preferred.
• Specific brand experience preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with people management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in English; bilingual a plus.
• Familiar with common computer software programs.
• Ability to learn new software and operate PM system.
• Willingness to work rotating schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to cleanliness standards for rooms and public spaces.
• Lead and manage housekeeping department.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Support the Hotel General Manager.
• Inspect property daily for cleanliness, safety, and quality.
• Work to improve guest satisfaction and GSS scores.
• Recruit, interview, hire housekeeping associates.
• Train and monitor staff to Colwen standards.
• Assist with onboarding of new housekeeping staff.
• Plan work schedules with minimal guest disruption.
• Oversee ordering of supplies and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
