Doubletree-By-Hilton-Davenport is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and partner with hotel teams to maintain guestroom and public area cleanliness to the highest standards.

You will coach and train staff, schedule workloads, and manage inventory while upholding brand expectations and safety policies. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience with leadership responsibilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak/read/write in the workplace's primary language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness of the building, guest rooms, public spaces, and associates areas.
• Ensure brand standards and department procedures are updated and followed.
• Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff; provide ongoing coaching.
• Schedule team members to meet workload and labor guidelines.
• Lead department goals, budgets, and safety practices.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure timely responses to guest needs.
• Ensure guest concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Maintain professionalism aligned with brand expectations and emergencies procedures.
