Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations with a focus on service excellence and team development. This role requires directing daily activities, managing schedules, quality control, and ensuring guest satisfaction across all rooms and public areas.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of housekeeping management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years in housekeeping management position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and repair.
• Perform housekeeping duties including bed making, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Update status of rooms and discrepancies during shift.
• Counsel staff on discrepancies and safety.
• Notify management of maintenance needs and repairs.
• Hire, coach and discipline direct reports; manage team performance.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
