Raines Co. in McKinney, TX seeks an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the entire hotel's housekeeping operations, including laundry, ensuring the highest cleanliness and guest comfort.

The role requires leadership of the housekeeping staff, adherence to brand standards, budgeting, scheduling, and training, with a focus on safety and efficiency to maintain a welcoming home away from home for guests. Prepares reports and coordinates with Engineering on facility needs.

Formación

• Leadership and team management experience in hospitality
• Ability to coach and motivate staff
• Knowledge of brand standards
• Budgeting and cost control in a hotel housekeeping context
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar tools

Responsabilidades

• Directs the Housekeeping staff, coaching, counseling, providing guidance and correcting work while motivating the team to maintain high morale.
• Establishes standards and schedules to ensure adequate service according to labor standards and occupancy.
• Manages department finances, including cost per occupied room, budget development and reporting.
• Inspects rooms and facilities to ensure service standards and VIP room quality.
• Recommends repairs and furnishings, coordinates with Engineering on work orders.
• Enforces procedures for guest lost and found security.
• Maintains supplies; conducts inventories monthly and ensures adequate stock.
• Ensures proper chemical usage and HazMat labeling; trains employees.
• Evaluates condition of furniture and decor; coordinates rehab projects.
